The Communal Centre for Social Action is a local public institution presided over by the Mayor. It works on an individual level to advise, guide and lend support to beneficiaries.

The CCAS of Mallemort offers the following services:
Legal social benefits
- Sending of applications for social benefits, APA and maintenance obligation
- Election of domicile
The CCAS is authorised to grant election of domicile for legally entitled citizens with no fixed abode.
- Sending of remote security system application forms
- Heat wave programme: enrolment on the nominal register
Optional social benefits
- Exceptional optional social benefits (food parcels, fuel vouchers, swimming pool, culture, etc.)
- Christmas hamper for people aged 70 and over
- Minibus: Thursday morning for members of the Foyer les Ecureuils and Friday morning at the market for anyone with mobility difficulties
These services are provided after careful consideration and consultation with a social worker depending on the family and financial situation of the applicant.
